This is my favourite book. I have always liked fantasy books because it uses more of the imagination and I believe that makes it easier to become lost in the book which is the best thing when your fed up with everything or just want some alone time.
The story is about a blue bear (hence the title) and how he grows up and the adventures he has. It involves hobgoblins, mini pirates, a city in a tornado and many other quirky things like living inside a brain. ( this was an amazing feat of imagination I loved how the author personified thoughts and gave them funny personalities.) Although blue bear has many adventures they all link together towards the end when he takes on the evil zamonium a stone capable of thought, however the only thoughts it has is of world domination!
All in all this book really should be read this review is not giving it enough justice for just how amazing it is. I want to say so much more on what happens but I do not want to spoil it for you all.
As you can see I am not brilliant at writing reviews but I recently looked at this blog and she is amazing at writing reviews and talks about many interesting books so check her out!!!

Balanced lunches that taste and look amazing!
Lunch used to be hard for me to eat healthily because I was always in a rush in the morning. This meant that i would just grab a sandwich bag and shove 2 slices of bread and a chocolate bar in it. I was to lazy to make a sandwich.
But then I heard of the Japanese bento style boxes while watching anime and i thought I would do some research on them and it turns out these are ideal for a balanced meal but I mainly love them because they can look soo cute.
I also found out that the amount of ml a bento can contain is roughly the same as the amount of calories as long as you fill it with 3 parts grain or carbohydrate 2 parts fruit and veg and 1 part protein.
This website http://lunchinabox.net/2007/03/07/guide-to-choosing-the-right-size-bento-box/ is a good source of information for the basics of bento making.
Bentos made with the above guidelines also roughly follow the recommended healthy eating place diagram
The presentation of the bento is very important as that is its main appeal. You don't have to go and make an amazing hello kitty bento but it needs to look presentable this way its is appetising to the eye and if it looks appetising you savor the food more meaning you eat slower which gives your body more time to send the message that your stomach is full to your brain so you eat less. It takes about 20 mins for that message to reach the brain so the slower you eat the less food you consume before you realise you are full.
